Society for the Performing Arts in Nigeria (SPAN) is a registered non-governmental, non profit organization that provides a world- class standard for performing arts education in Nigeria, offering unprecedented opportunities in dance, music, drama and visual arts to Nigeria's talented citizens.

We are committed to supporting the preservation of performing art works, particularly ones that are created in the Nigerian performing arts industry, which serves as a language that engages gifted artists to educate our generation with appropriate skills and techniques that can provide them with a profession, enhance our humanity and facilitate the continuity of Nigerian art which though not spoken by everyone, seems to be understood and appreciated by all.

Founded in 2004, by Mrs Sarah Boulos, as a unique institution offers both formal and informal classes in professional theater, music and dance in Nigeria, SPAN seeks to provide a much-needed opportunity for talented and gifted persons especially children, to express themselves through performance arts.
